U.N. court

The United Nations' hightest court said in a non-binding opinion Thursday that the 2008 Kosovo independence declaration does not violate general international law.

While delivering the non-binding advisory opinion, International Court of Justice (ICJ) President Hisashi Owada said: "The declaration of Feb. 17, 2008 did not violate general international law."

Owada said that international law contains no prohibition on declarations of independence.

Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic, who was present in the court, said Thursday that his country would "never, under any circumstances" recognize a self-proclaimed, independent Kosovo. [ He also said difficult days are ahead for his country, and it is crucially important to keep the entire territory of the province of Kosovo peaceful and stable.

Kosovo, an autonomous Serbian province, unilaterally declared independence from Serbia two years ago and remains under U.N. administration.

In October 2008, Serbia demanded that the U.N. General Assembly ask the ICJ to issue an opinion on the legality of Kosovo's break from Serbia.

Ahead of the ruling, Jeremic warned that all of the world's borders would be at risk if the ICJ supported Kosovo's "secession".

The United States swiftly expressed support to the U.N. court opinion that the Kosovo independence declaration does not violate the general international law.

Sri Lankan capital Colombo is under a threat of Dengue epidemic following the recent premonsoonal rains, Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) warned on Sunday.

Pradeep Kariyawasan, chief medical officer of the CMC told reporters that there is a possibility of spreading dengue fever as the torrential rains have temporarily stopped.

"For several years we have monitored an increase of dengue cases within the city limits after massive rains,"Kariyawasam said, adding that it is the normal situation and the city people are advised to take precautionary measures to stop the spreading of the disease.

There were 650 dengue cases reported from the Colombo city so far this year with seven deaths, said Kariyawasan.

He said according to their statistics there is an increase of dengue cases especially in the month of June every year.

The medical officer also warned of other water borne diseases including leptospirosis (rat fever) since there is a large rat population in the city.

It is a kind of beauty too to give up
A lot of thing, can know how in not going through always! Just like the emotion, ache, will understand how to protect oneself; Unless it is the silly the over, can know how insist and give up in right time,whose name is and in not losing we know by oneself slowly.    Who says that likes a thing to get it. Sometimes, tax one's ingenuity, painstakingly, during the process of chasing, the lost thing has been already unable to calculate. Cost that heavy perhaps, until finally can find.  

      Like a thing, might not get it. Sometimes, make one's own body and mind dog-tired in order to impose a thing, it is not very worthwhile. Some things " But only far view can't be looked at close " . Get it, may find it and good as imagination actually. If you find lost you again and the thing given up is more precious, I want you to be sure to be annoyed endlessly. So often there is such a a word " The thing that can not be got is the best forever.

      When you like a thing, it might not be your wisest choice to get it. Who says that likes a person for being with him. Sometimes, keep the person of the lover here, but can not keep the lover's heart. Like a person, might not stay with him. Like a person, the most important thing is to make him happy, because his happiness, anger, grief and joy will affect your mind. So there is a word like this " You are happy, so I am happy. "  

      No matter it is good to like the same thing, like a person, instead of letting oneself shouldered hard, it would be better to put and face easily, even give up or leave one day, learnt calmly. Like a thing, will learn to appreciate it soon, treasure it, makes it more precious. Like a person, will make him happy soon, will make him happy. If you can not do, sometimes, should learn to give up, because it is a kind of beauty to give up.
